David heads the architectural model making department and ensures that every architectural model fulfills the specification, is delivered on time and within budget. He and his colleagues take great pride in their work and relish the challenge of creating highly accurate architectural models from a set of plans.

The architectural models are constructed to a scale and specification that best fulfills the requirements and budget of each client, from card block planning models to demonstrate an individual house extension to sophisticated fully illuminated point of sale models.

By adopting both traditional and modern model making techniques any architectural feature can be achieved. The onset of laser technology and chemical etching enables highly accurate detailing to be accomplished. 

A high level of detailing is applied throughout our models including the local landscaping, this enables the proposed development to sit comfortably within context to its surroundings. We also like to add a reference to scale and proportion by subtly placing people and cars around the architectural models.
